It began with a simple, but exceptionally lovely A-frame cabin in Lake Tahoe that was Alan and Dave Pinn's dream vacation home back in the early 1970s. Not long after its completion they sold it and built another nearby. Then they did it again. Soon they were building year-round homes in San Jose.

They created a market for their excellent workmanship and began building condominiums, townhomes, custom homes and large office buildings in the Bay Area. Pinn Brothers Fine Homes has grown to become one of the top 130 homebuilders in the nation, yet it remains firmly rooted in the Bay Area.
